Contact the director via email to get your username and password
or give us a call: 360-825-4666

1.
Once you navigate to the site
you will be asked to install a small component, called an Active
X component. Click yes to install or allow. Please be patient
while it loads. Your web browser or windows may state that
there will be some stability issues with the component. Just
click cancel and keep the installed components. This software
setup has been thoroughly tested and is safe for your computer
on Internet Explorer only.

Click on Logon: Enter
your username,
password,
site name = Country Playhouse,
and IP address =

FAQ’s
1. How long can I stay logged on to the system?
In
order to conserve resources and time for other parents there is
a 5-10 minute limit, after which time you will have to log back
in.
2.
Can I share the username and password with other members of my
family, grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc?
We
would like to encourage parents to not share the username and
password; if someone else is logged on to the system then it
will be impossible for the parents to logon until that person
logs off.
3.
When can I view my child’s classroom?
The classrooms are available for viewing Monday through Friday
from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.
4.
Do I have access to view all of the classrooms in the center?
No, you will only have access to your child’s classroom.
5. Why is there a delay in the picture?
There will always be a slight delay, about 1 second. We have
done what we can to minimize this, but there are many factors
that can contribute to some delay of the cameras, such as
differing speeds of internet connections, and network traffic.
We
hope that you will enjoy this new feature; we see it as added
security for the children and for our staff. You will have
peace of mind knowing your child is safe, learning, having fun
and being well taken care of.
