Staff Changes

We have made some staffing changes which include the hiring of two new teachers, Miss Sara in the Preschool Room & Miss Alyssa in the Toddler Room.  Also, Miss Lorri has agreed to accept a different position, she will become the new Assistant Director.  She has been such a loyal, trusting and hardworking employee, and it is only fitting that she take on this new role.  Even though she will no longer be a teacher in the Toddler room, she will still be in and out of that and all the classrooms on a daily basis, and will always be available for lots of hugs and kisses.

Field Trips

This summer the Preschool Classes would like to plan a couple of field trips, but unfortunately we cannot do that without the help of some parents who would be willing to drive.  If you are interested, please talk to one of the Preschool teachers or Miss Tara for more information. We want to be sure and plan far enough in advance.

Babysitting Service

An older sibling of one of our students is looking to do some babysitting this summer.  Her name is Kayleigh, she is 14 and is CPR/1st Aid certified and HIV/BBP certified as well.  If you are interested in getting away for and evening or afternoon, give her a call at 825-8815

Referrals

We believe that our best advertising comes from our clients, therefore we have a great referral system!

Refer someone to our facility, and if they enroll their child(ren), then we will deduct $100 from your next month’s tuition!

Pre-K Parents!!

Please remember to write down the books you read with your child and bring in the list the last day your child attends school each week so they can get a PRIZE! 

**Show and Tell is EVERY Friday for each classroom,excluding the Infant Room** 

Book Orders

We won’t have any book order forms going out this month, but keep your eyes open for next month!

Extra Clothes & Labeling

Please check your child’s cubby and replace any Winter clothes with Spring/Summer clothes.  Also, please be sure to label your child’s clothing before brining them to school, we have had some cases of mixed up clothing and our Lost & Found bin is pretty full.

Parent's Night Out

We will not be having a Parent’s Night Out this month, but we will be sure to have one next month.

If you have not tried our new camera system yet, please do so, it’s fun!  We have decided to not charge a fee for accessing the cameras on the internet, so we hope that everyone will enjoy this new feature!

Reminders & Updates         

1.  In July, we will be handing out Registration Packets to each parent.  Every year you are required to re-enroll your child by September, and fill out new enrollment papers.  This is to ensure that we have the most updated information as possible, and to give every parent a copy of the newly updated Parent Handbook.  When you receive your packet, please fill out the information and get the papers back to us as soon as you can.  Those who have enrolled less than 5 months ago do not need to re-enroll, however you will receive an updated Parent Handbook.

2.    NEW SICKNESS POLICY!!-This winter has been a very harsh one with many illnesses, and therefore has forced us to rethink our health and sickness policy.  By consulting a Health Nurse, we have come up with some changes regarding our exclusion of children who are sick.  These changes are outlined in the new Parent Handbook, which will go out soon.  If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
