MDA Hop-A-Thon

Thank you to everyone for participating in our Hop-A-Thon, the children did a super job! 

We were able to raise over $900.00!!!!! 
I am very proud of us all!!

Miss Tara's Vacation

Miss Tara will be going on vacation from May 27th to June 4th, and will be back on June 5th.  Miss Lorri will be in charge of running the center, and Miss Jennifer will be her back-up, while I am away.  If you have any questions or concerns during this time, please have Miss Lorri address them for you. This is very difficult for me to leave, I will be checking in each day, and I am very confident in my staff’s abilities to keep the center running smoothly.  I ask for your patience and cooperation during this time.  Thank You!

Summer Care

The Summer months are fast approaching, many families take vacations, teachers take summers off, and children going into Kindergarten are going to be leaving.  Please inform Miss Tara as soon as you know if you will be gone for vacation, or when your child’s lastday will be, and if you are a teacher, when yourchild will be leaving and then returning to the center, so that we can plan appropriately.

Referrals

We believe that our best advertising comes from our clients, therefore we have a great referral system!

Refer someone to our facility, and if they enroll their child(ren), then we will deduct $100 from your next month’s tuition!

Reminders & Updates         

1.  We have decided to get quotes on the work that needs to be done to our front play yard areas.  After reviewing our options, it would be more feasible to contract the work rather than do it ourselves, or asking the parents to help.  We appreciate all of you who were willing to come out and help us.

2.   This is the time of year for Fifths Disease (Slap Cheek), it is very prominent in the public schools right now, and we have had a few cases here.  It is a virus that causes mild flu and cold symptoms, and then later a rash that develops on the cheeks and can spread to the rest of the body.  Unfortunately you won’t know your child has it until he/she has the rash, and by that time your child is no longer contagious.  Just keep a close watch on fevers and flu symptoms, and be sure to WASH WASH WASH yours and your child’s hands constantly.  This will help to keep many illnesses away and keep our children healthy.
